He was predeceased by: his wife April Forys; and his father Robert Forys Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Gale Kennealy; his sons, Rob Forys III (Diane) and Anthony Forys (Ashley); his grandsons, Lucas Forys and Timothy Chapin; and his brother Tim Forys (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, his nephew and many cousins.
