He is survived by: his children, Richard III Hathaway (Elizabeth), Christopher Hathaway (Sherry), Rachelle Hathaway, Scott Hathaway (Leila), Trina Hathaway and Teresa Langsdale. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
