He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle H. Bailey and Doris R. Bailey (Wise); his son Tim Bailey; his sister Louise Cupp (Jerry); and his grandsons, BJ Lane and Jason Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife June L. Cleaver; his children, Peggy Zinsmaster (John) of Athens, Rick Bailey (Linda) of Athens and Sheri Galli (Jim) of Sherwood; his daughter-in-law Susin Bailey of Florida; his grandchildren, Scott Lane, Brian Lane, Derick Bailey, Michelle Bailey, Don Bailey, Brian Bailey and Victor Galli; and his sister Dorothy "Dotty" Snyder (LeRoy) of Athens. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
