He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Edgar and Bonnie Outlaw (Gibson); his wife Julie; his children, Angela Outlaw of Norman, OK and Dan Outlaw (Melissa) of Claremore, OK; his siblings, William Edgar Jr. Outlaw (Kathy) of Overland Park, KS, Benjie Outlaw (Pat) of St. Peters, MO and Betty Gatlin of Benton, AR; his grandchildren, Conner Outlaw (Fiorella), Mikayla Colby (Austin), Matthew Outlaw (Lisa), Joshua Outlaw (Lynse), Ava Outlaw and Korbin Outlaw; his former wife Bonnie Outlaw of Norman; and his siblings, Milton Outlaw, Thomas Outlaw and Elizabeth. He was also cherished by 2 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the Coldwater United Methodist Church or the Boy Scouts of America.
