She was predeceased by: her siblings, Marge Warmbier and Stanley Himmel. She is survived by: her husband William James "Jim" LaFave; her children, Bill LaFave (Xan) of Gagetown and Cori Denay of Bay City; her grandchildren, Laurel Begick (Jarrett) of Ann Arbor, Erin Denay (Ryan Decker) of Kalamazoo and Leigha Drohn of Cass City; her siblings, Maryann Darga of Laguna Beach, CA, Barb Finkbeiner of Sumpter, SC, Ronald Weippert (Chris) of Cass City, Carl Weippert (Janice) of Aurora, NC, Jan Kuhner (Jim) of Long Island, NY and Gail Groth of Cass City; and her niece Cheri Rice.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
