“I am so sorry to hear about Charmaine's passing. We have been friends since her first days at the Office of Retirement Services. She was very creative and reintroduced me to rubber stamping. We spent a lot of time making cards and crafting, talking the whole time. We shared so much over the years, about day-to-day life, health issues, family, feelings, and personal struggles. We were kindred spirits and I will truly miss her! I am grateful that she's now pain free and in her heavenly home.”
