He is survived by: his sisters, Barb Levan-Rogers (Jon), Jennifer Klier (Mike) and Nicole Matheny; his niece Chelsey Zeeryp (Jarod); his nephews, Joshua Levan (KayeLani), Darren Lehre (Hannah), Dylan Klier, Logan Matheny, Taylor Matheny and Carter Matheny; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, RaeLynn, Kolten Levan, Iris and Maverick Lehre.
