He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Riggs and Dortha Riggs (Lyons); his brothers, Lou and Ed; his daughter Alyse; and his grandson Zach.
He is survived by: his wife Eilene Riggs (Cottrill); his children, Patrick, Richard (Maryann), Randel (Leela), Aaron and Amy (Geering); his grandchildren, Ean, Adam, Andrew, Sarah, Ashley, Courtney, Olivia and Asha; and his great grandchildren, Tanner, Baker, Chloe and Ava.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Saline, and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
