She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred D. J. Lepine and Monica Lepine (Porter); her children, Theresa (Terri Sibo-Koenig) of Saline and Mark F. Starrett of Dunlap; her grandchildren, Griffin P. Sibo and Robin C. Sibo; her children-in-law, Ron Koenig and Frances Starrett; her daughter Alicia Barnes; her husband Edmund V. Starrett; her sisters, Katherine Lepine Marshall and Mary Annette (Theresa Lepine); and her nieces, Melanie Marshall-Roth, Monica Marshall and Kate Marshall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Monica's name may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley or Saline Area Historical Society.
