He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas C. McCormick and Anna McCormick (Salmon); his brother Dennis Bruce McCormick; and his stepdaughter Tammy Sudman-Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Sharron Brock Sudman McCormick; his sons, Douglas K. McCormick (Mindy), Michael Timothy McCormick (Dawn) and Patrick Kelly McCormick (LeAnn); his stepson Robert N. Sudman; his grandchildren, Alicia, Ken, Scott, Jake and Joe; and his brother Charles McCormick (Becky). He is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters.
The family requests that no flowers be sent. In lieu of flowers, Doug requested that an oak tree be planted in his name for all to enjoy.
