He was predeceased by: his parent Cara Denise Chingwa; and his sister Courtney "Coco" Shreeves. He is survived by: his son David Wayne Chingwa Jr.; his aunts, Mary and Cora; his uncle Dewey; his nieces, Kachine, Tiara and Brihonna; and his cousin Charles. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
