He was predeceased by: his parents, William Long and Fannie Mae Long (Pollard); his daughter Paula Long; and his brothers, Huey Long, Jimmie Long and David Long.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Long (Dorothy) of Muncie, IN, William Long of Saginaw, MI and Mary Terry (George) of Fairview, TX; his sister-in-law Idella Long of Atlanta, GA; his close friend Tyrone Bryant; and his friend Georgia Blakes-Pierce. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
