He is survived by: his wife Deborah Williams Bandy; his daughter Joi Alexis; his siblings, Spencer (Dorthea) of Saginaw, Michigan., Eddie (Bernice) of Saginaw, Michigan. and Annie Pearl Hudson of Grand Blanc; his mother-in-law Willie Mae Carter (Georgia); his siblings-in-law, Dr. Robert Williams III (Jeanette) of Taylor and Jacqueline Williams Woody (Alex) of Woodland Hills; and his nieces and nephews, Annisa Cole, Brianna Hudson, Jamyl Bandy, Sylvester Bandy, Bryant Hudson, Courtney Bandy, Spencer Bandy, Christopher Bandy, Sidney Bandy, Montraveus Quarles and D'Angelo Quarles.
