She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Church and Vivian Church; her children, Angela Botello and Alejandreo Botello; and her siblings, Pat Church and Sue Church.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Partlow; her children, David Botello (Terri), Joe Botello (Andrea) and Jessica Church (Juan Torrez); and her siblings, Mike Church (Penny) and Sandy Balzer (Rich). She is also survived by grandchildren; one dear great granddaughter.
