He was predeceased by: his father Maxie Haggart; his stepfather Virgil "Jake" Haggart; his sister Cindy Haggart; and his nephew Elijah Rathburn. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Haggart (Cleveland) of Grand Ledge; his close friend Amy Touchtone of Rosebush; his siblings, Brian Haggart of Rosebush, Maxine Dick (Robert) of Grand Ledge and Kim Hovey (John) of Rosebush; his fur princess Annabelle Jingle Haggart; and his close friends, Dan and Karen Schaffer of Auburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
