She is survived by: her husband James Carter; her children, Tonya Gill and Keith Carter; her grandchildren, Zachary Gill (Kaitlyn Kuntzman), Alyssa Gill (Ahmad) and Phebie Hughes; and her sister Penny Laugherty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
