She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kopczyk and Teresa Kopczyk; and her brother Kenneth Kopczyk. She is survived by: her husband Bill Jardine; her children, Debbie Kaminski (Jeff), Lori Mayes (Michael), Cindi Lindros (Dave) and Jennifer Vakili (Shervin); her grandchildren, Michael Mayes Jr., Jackie Kaminski, Justin Kaminski, Julia Kaminski and Darien Vakili; her aunt Ann Burns; her sister-in-law Rachel Kopczyk; and her nieces and nephews, Katrina Dehart (Brian), Kimmy Kopczyk and Kenny Kopczyk.
