He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Filipiak and Anna Filipiak (Dost); and his sister Veronica. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Schlak); his daughters, Vicki Filipiak and Jackie Reisner (Jim); his siblings, Joseph, Arthur and Barbara; his grandchildren, Anna and Brandon Reisner; and his pet Stella.
