He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Hardcastle of Lansdown, PA.; and his siblings, Patricia Blackall and Larry Reister. He is survived by: his sons, Walter A. Reister, Jr. Richard A. (Athena Eary) and Reister Curtis K. (Judy Davis); and his friend Myra Bradford. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
