He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Fisk; his wife Dixie Lee Fisk; and his brothers, Duane Fisk, Leonard Fisk and Arnold "Bucky" Fisk.
He is survived by: his father Jack Fisk; his daughters, Rhonda Patterson and Karla Ashfield (Thomas); his grandchildren, Tyler Patterson (Josephine), Taylor Patterson, Andrew Ashfield and Kylie Ashfield; and his siblings, Geraldine Sargent (Vern), Keith Fisk (Jane), Larry Fisk (Marianne) and Nancy Vugteveen. He is also survived by sister-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association.
