He is survived by: his wife Shirley Crampton; his daughters, Kelly Carlson (Mark) and Kristen Luedtke (Mark); his grandchildren, Claire, Max, Joseph Carlson, Emma and Rob Luedtke; his siblings, Tom Crampton, David Crampton (Sue) and Kathy DeWitte (Kevin); and his siblings-in-law, John Bekker and Vera Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
