He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alvin Boven (Marsha VanDrie) and Margaret Kortman; his son Terry Baldwin; his friend Carl Dick; his parents-in-law, Peter, Catherine Dykhouse, John VanDrie, Harvey Kortman, Henry Dykhouse, Anna Miller (Richard), Mildred Decator (Joe) and Sandy Dykhouse; his close friends, Paul Dykhouse, Glenn DeRuiter and David Jenema; and his niece Sunday Ann Crosslan.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Dykhouse; his children, Lee Ann Kolasa (Todd), Amy Hansen (Tomas) and Tom Baldwin (Kelly); his grandchildren, Katie Cross (Josh), Brianna Wilson (Ben), Dylan Kolasa (Dani), Samantha Brown and Shelby Baldwin; his sister Susan VanDrie; his friend Duane Dick; and his parents-in-law, Mary Dykhouse, Charles Dykhouse, Margaret DeRuiter, Martha Nelson, Linda Dykhouse and Grace Dykhouse. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
