He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Van Putten; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Carol Kendall. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Van Putten; his wife Tammy Van Putten; his children, Leaha and Kendall Van Putten; his brother Brad Van Putten (Brenda); his nieces, Claire, Sarah Van Putten, Stephanie Anderson (Eric) and Shelbie Kerkstra; his nephew Joshua Kerkstra (Shayna); and his sister-in-law Debbie Kerkstra.
