We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Jerry Lynn Shear (Rockford, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his siblings, Joe, Janet, Judy and Jean; and his parents, James Shear and Jeanette Shear (Slanger).

He is survived by: his children, David Shear (Nichole), Kristin Wessell (Jonathan) and Andrea Arrieta (Phil); his grandchildren, Christopher Wessell, Jacob Rodriguez, Olivia Longstreet, Grace Arrieta, Addison Arrieta, Deacon Shear and Ellerie Shear; his great grandchildren, Koda Rodriguez and Sage Rodriguez; and his brother Jack Shear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended relatives.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Kathy Shear's Sewing School, Casa Verde De Honduras, Inc., 2147 E. Oak St., Newaygo, MI 49337.
