He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Shillington and Gladys Shillington (Grosser); and his brothers-in-law, Elton Hopper, Rocky Kent and Hubert Jopling.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Shillington; his children, Jon Shillington (Stacy), Josh Shillington (Darci), Jeremy Shillington (Jeanne) and Jennifer Grover (Trapper); his brother David Shillington (Maureen); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Carpenter (Joe), Sharon Cryderman (Bill), Sandi Hopper and Marva Kent. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to "Finish in Faith" at Faith Baptist Church.
