Augustine; her children, Janice Minter (Bruce), Tim Augustine (Danielle) and Pamela Blazo (David); her grandchildren, Grey, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Aaron, Isabella, Julie, Lisa and Mark; and her siblings, Thomas Tolsma (Mary), Maria Hoeksema (John), Rita Tolsma, Selma Ryan (Gordy), Agnes Mekkes (Tim) and Sue Linner (Bob).
