He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred F. Hopp and Edna W. Hopp (Brege). He is survived by: his wife Katie; his children, Eric Hopp (Erin) of Troy, Bert Hopp, II (Karyn) of Milford, Kirk Olsen of Grand Rapids and Linda Olsen of Grand Rapids; and his siblings, Harley Hopp of Alabama, Ray Hopp of Jackson, Sharon Wiitila (Walter) of Clarkston, Rita and Kris. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Bert's name to the Humane Society.
