He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rothenthaler Simmons; his children, Christina Longoria (Simmons), Michele Elford (Simmons), Scott Simmons and Renee Simmons; his grandchildren, Joe Quinn (Amber), Lydia Elford, Meredith and Molly Simmons; his great grandchild Charlie Quinn; his grandsons, Roger Simmons, Doug Simmons (Eileen) and Jim Simmons; his brothers, Ron and Denny Rothenthaler (Mary); and also, Kerry Simmons, Paul Longoria and Terry Heckman.
In lieu of flowers, Arthur's family suggests for donations to be made to Assumption BVM Parish in Belmont, MI.
