He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Reindel and Linnabel Reindel; his wife Yvonne Smith; his children, Terri Verlinde (Mark) and Robert Reindel (Wendy); his grandsons, Michael Grzanka, Scott Grzanka (Stephanie), Drew Reindel and Nathan Reindel; and his siblings, Jack, Brenda, Barbara, Beverly and Beatrice.

Due to COVID concerns a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
