He is survived by: his son Steven Moran of Richmond; his stepchildren, Becky Deemers (Jeff Lutes), Roxanne Winters (Robert) and Dan Deemer; his grandchildren, Lance Moran (Sam), Samantha Moran, Courtney Ford (Moran), Kaylie Moran and Keerstin Moran (Rick); and his siblings, Ruth Newlove, Mary Vardon, Margaret Moran, Nina Smith, Linda Basnaw (Phillip), Donna Toms, Janet Stanton (Phillip), Don Moran and William Moran (Sue). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
