He is survived by: his wife Carol Rhein; his children, Tamara Dickinson (John), Karen Rabine (Kenneth) and David Rhein (Deborah); his grandchildren, Justin, Ethan, Brandon, Tyler, Shelby and Ava; his siblings, Bernice Westrick, Rosemary Smith, Caroline Biscarner (George), Donald (Helga) and James Rhein (Debbie); and his sisters-in-law, Mary, LuAnn, Susan, Ellie Rhein and Florence Sawicki. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
