He is survived by: his father Thomas Sr.; his sisters, Sheri Larzelere (Dale) and Joann Scott; his nephews, Trenner Larzelere Travis (Regina) and Trevor Larzelere; his great-nephew Tucker Larzelere; his great-niece Mckena Larzelere; his uncle Gerald Scott; and his aunt Retta Blankstrom.
