It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Lentz of Redford, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Freda Helms and Albert Otha Mitter; her husband Gerald D. Lentz; her siblings, Charles Ray and Mary; and her brother-in-law Donald J. Clemence.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (Rick Hutton), Shelly (John Steed) and Randall; her grandchildren, Ryan Hutton (Laura), Marty Hutton (Ashley), Jesse Steed (Kathryn), Krista Reyes (Stephen), Remington Steed (Joy), Alexandra Van Kuiken (Scott), Rena Poling (Daniel) and Nick Fish (Kate); and her brother Ralph Mitter (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
