She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Nakamura; her son Daniel Nakamura; her brother Richard Collins; and her great grandchild Cameron Holcomb. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Nakamura, Lorrie Jackson (late Greg) and Heather Takac (Frank); her grandchildren, Christopher Holcomb, Amanda Jackson, Teri Jackson (Ryan Matatall), Brenden Takac and Joseph Takac; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Holcomb, Donavan Holcomb, Oliver Matatall and Dalton Kowalski.
