She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Szparaga; her son Kenneth; her parents, Louis Vance and Helen Vance; and her siblings, Sophia Papp (Greg), Mary O'Brien (Roland), Victoria Martin (Jim), Anne McAlister (Jim), Joseph Vance (Nell) and Florence Vance.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Wertman (Mike Halonen) and Beverly Szparaga; her stepgrandchildren, Angie Nicolau (Jaime), Eric and Mark Yarnevich (late Caron); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brianne and Stefanie; her great great grandchild Alexis; and her niece Mary Mack. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as many dear friends and neighbors.
