She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Kokoszka and Josephine Kokoszka (Kokoszka); her husband Daniel Crowley; and her siblings, Ted Kokoszka, Wanda Pielechowski and Delphine Fleszar.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Gotberg (Chuck), Jean Mihalek (Paul), Patti Harpenau (Chris) and Dan Crowley (Jane Funfgeld); her grandchildren, Julie Dufort (Eric), Brian Gotberg (Nicole), Valerie Mihalek, Jack Mihalek, Katie Harpenau, Helen Harpenau and Lindsey Funfgeld; and her great grandchildren, Kingston, Elizabeth and Leonidas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
