He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Madelyn Brooks Jr. (Dodd); his wife Patricia Brooks; his sons, Samuel Brooks (Lori) of Rankin, Brian Brooks (Julie) of Swartz Creek and Michael Brooks (Cathy) of AuGres, Michigan; his grandchildren, Nickolis (Krista), Jonathan, Casey (Stephanie), Zachary (Ally), Jessica, Robert, Joseph (Mariah), Chelsey (Matt) and Keileigh; his great grandchildren, Haylei, Aubree, EmmaMae, Parker, Joseph and Amelia; his brother Wayne Brooks (Linda) of Linden, Michigan; and his father Robert Brooks Jr.. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
