He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cicalo and Coleen Cicalo (Brawley); and his siblings, Steven Cicalo, Charlene Cicalo and Colleen Cicalo.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Cicalo; his children, Arthur Cicalo III (Christopher) and Charlene Muddiman (Norman); his grandchildren, Adam Muddiman and Phoenix Muddiman; and his brothers, Arthur Cicalo (Marjorie), James Cicalo (Kimberly) and Frank Cicalo (Brandi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
