He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milo Tobias and Edith Tobias; his wife Joan Tobias of Orleans; his children, Jimmy Tobias of Lyons, Cindy Cowles (Fred) of Orleans and Tim Tobias (Nancy) of Orleans; his grandchildren, Joanna Owens, Megan Tobias and Nathan Vest; his great grandchildren, Taylor Wood, Katie Misner, Aubrey and Landon Edwards; and his son Toby Tobias.
