We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2023, at the age of 93, Betty Jo Johnson (Portland, Michigan), born in Alma, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Hindall and Hazel Dell Hindall (Chase); and her husband Charles Ward Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Johnson (Debi) of Vestaburg, MI, Paige McCully (Bob) of Orleans, MI, Mark Johnson of Blanchard, MI and Sue Roberts of Munising, MI; her grandchildren, Jason Johnson (Brittany), Andrea Johnson, Rachel Johnson, Kristen Colley, Nicholas Colley, Joshua Colley (Samantha) and Alisha Rudden (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Maxwell, Finnigan Johnson, Damian Colley, Ceili Osborn, Whitney Colley, Logan Colley, Ethan Colley, Lilly, Zeb and Charlie Jo Rudden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
