He is survived by: his mother Sandra Whitehead (LeBlanc) of Portage; his daughter Daisha Perry (John) of Texas; his siblings, Lori Cegielski (Greg), John Whitehead (Lori) and David Whitehead (Amy); and his grandchildren, Ariena and Johnny Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
