He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Szyniszewski and Jane Szyniszewski (Antczak) of Detroit, MI.; and his brother Harry Szyniszewski. He is survived by: his wife Joann Szyniszewski; his children, Keith Szyniszewski (Sara) and Lisa Trott (Rex); his grandchildren, Mason, Tanner, Camryn and Tyson; his sisters, Beverly Bauser, Marilyn Hess, Pamela Marone, Camilla Peabody (Russ) and Arlette Papcun (Al); and his sister-in-law Judy Szyniszewski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Centrica Care Navigators, formally Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
