He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elbert and Edna Vesta Williams (Anderson); his siblings, James Williams, LJ Williams, George Williams, Bill Williams, James Robert Williams, Ruth Coppett, Mildred Green and Audrey Williams; and his grandson Conner Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Williams (Tooley); his children, Anthony Williams, Robert Williams Jr. (Tammaria) and Lori Miller (Ron); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Edwards (Christopher), Hunter Williams and Madeleine Miller; and his sisters, Althea Traylor, Charlotte Stevens, Ann Salisbury, Alice Robeson, Dorothy Hicks and Helen Brown. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; brothers.
