She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Belkowski and Gladys Belkowski (Kemp); her husband Donald E. Neale, Sr.; and her siblings, Gertrude Converse, Eva Ellis, Bernadine Hughson and Bernard Belkowski.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Jr. Neale (Chris) and Peggy Neale; her grandchildren, Scott Shoals (Karen), Holly Zumbado (Fernando), Kaitlyn Neale and Shane Neale; and her great grandchildren, Brendan, Aubree and Savanna.
Memorials may be directed to either St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Portage or Gentiva Hospice, in memory of Janet Neale.
