She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Smith and Evelyn Smith (Lyke); her daughter Suanne Weller (Dave); and her siblings, Richard Smith, Geraldine Gerhard, Laural Weber, Timothy Smith and Jerry Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tamara Lindstedt (John), Kenneth Cook II (Michele), Peter Cook (Dana) and David Cook (Anna); and her siblings, Jackie Raab, Joan Temple, Jean Singleton and Robert Smith. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the New Apostolic Church of Portage Children's Ministry.
