He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Toke Myers, Paul Myers and Tom Sherburne. He is survived by: his parents, James Myers and Terri Myers (Sherburne); his wife Amanda; his children, Austin, Audrey and Addie; his brother Doug Myers (Debbie); his grandmother Belva Bertholet; his parents-in-law, Jim and Janice Rice; his brother-in-law Jamie Rice (Katie); his nieces and nephews, Elyse and Curtis Rice; and also Blythe Myers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations towards an education fund for Jacob's children, Rose Arbor, or the U of M Cancer Center.
