He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eltjo and Emma Ann Ridderbos (Bloem); and his sister Elly Gray. He is survived by: his wife Kim Ridderbos; his daughters, Nicole Noordyke (Chris) and Erica Blalock (Eric); his grandchildren, Evalyn, Luke, Lizzie and Weston; and his siblings, Grace, John, Marcia, Judy and Jim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
