She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garbacik and Helen Garbacik (Mach); her husband Harry; her niece Colleen Marie Garbacik; and her brother-in-law David Miotke.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Shinevare (Richard) and Scott Kaylor (Kathy); her grandchildren, Ryan Shinevare (Carly) and Amanda Kulczyk (Trenton); and her siblings, Marlene Suszko (Donald), Audrey Miotke and John Garbacik (Connie).
