He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hazel (Steimel); his sons, Chris Omo and Chad Omo (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Amy Rangel (Jose), Daniel Hazel (Tammy) and Megan Aubry (Benjamin); his grandsons, Connor and Colin; his stepgrandchildren, David, Eddie, Otto, Isaac, Alexis, Jose, Benjamin, Kadence, Eleanor and Margaret; his sister-in-law Pamela Omo; his nieces, Marcella and Michonne; and his cousins, Edward Sattler and Greg Brandt.
