We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2025, at the age of 86, Meredith O'Hare-Schmitt of Port Huron, Michigan passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Meredith O'Hare-Schmitt to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklyn Mugavero and Eleanor Mugavero; her husbands, Bert P. O'Hare and Joseph E. Schmitt; and her siblings, Suzanne Herman and Burt Mugavero.

She is survived by: her children, Bert O'Hare, Brian O'Hare (Janice), Brad O'Hare (Karen Desjardin), Mark O'Hare (Lori) and Melanie Sheffer (Tom); and her grandchildren, Nick, Ryan, Cody, Hunter, Lauren, Cady, Brittany, Taylor, Luke, Faith and Jacob. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice.
